A concept Welsh gin from Pembrokeshire, that is as happy in the kitchen as it is on the bar – from dressing a decadent saviche to marrying with a little Vermouth Bianco and enjoying with an olive – Martini Style. Light and clean thyme top notes lift to make way for the citric aroma of sharp verbena and denser sweet lemon curd. Juniper held back until last, leaving a rounded evergreen finish. Perfect to compliment seafood with a refreshing taste.
 
Serve with: Kitchen herbs or the thinnest citrus ribbon you can cut along with Tonic water.
