A four way dance of the freshest possible crops of Mosaic, Citra, Talus and Strata, we wanted to bring the flavour to the max on this beer, without that cloying sweetness that can befell the style. We’d say we’ve knocked it out of the park with this beer – if we’d have packed anymore into this beer we’d be bursting at the seams; with 24g/l of bold passionfruit, tangerine, sweet berries and coconut, with a whisper of rosewater and sage for complexity, this is definitely a beer fit for a birthday celebration.
