Nova Moon - Pollys Brew Co.

Nova Moon is a single hop Pale Ale from Pollys featuring the Bru-1 hop. Bru-1 has well and truly shone as a leading light in their output and for good reason – those bold, unmistakeable pineapple notes are just so distinctive and lend themselves so well to a smashable pale ale. Looking like a beer that holds a helluva lot more weight than its ABV suggests, the haze stability on this beer is unreal.
