We traveled to Elusive to brew this ode to Simcoe, one of our joint favourite hops! We love the piney notes it brings, so designed a classic West Coast-style Pale Ale base onto which we could layer heaps of Simcoe Dynaboost and Cryo hops to sit alongside that trademark deep golden coloured, caramel laden base.
