Hensol Castle - Black Gin

Hensol Black is the newest addition to the Hensol Castle range, inspired by the master distiller Dai’s love of the classic Bramble. Black muscat grapes picked from the botanical garden at Hensol Castle, perfectly finished with black cherry and blackberries. Juniper driven, fruit-forward with a floral finish.  Quite simply, Hensol Dry, flavoured with the highest quality black cherries, black berries and hand foraged black muscat grapes from the botanical garden of Hensol Castle. This liquid was designed to make the perfect bramble cocktail.  Bursting with the perfectly chosen fruit medley, expertly balanced bitter, sweet.  Classic in nature, utilising their London dry as the perfect base throughout this liquid, with top note flavours. Juniper is present throughout, citrus is minimal, warm cassia bark elevates this perfect elixir. Dry throughout, yet a surprise sweet finish.
