Jac had the idea of creating a local Cider. When he noticed all of the apples which went to waste each year, he decided to collect apples from all over Ceredigion and subsequently introduced Hansh Cider.
 
Hansh is a medium bodied cider which keeps it nicely balanced. If we do say so ourselves it’s a really refreshing cider, perfect on a summers day (or in our case, all year round!).
