Club Floral - Pollys Brew Co.

Club Floral combines three iconic hop varieties to create a an instant classic. Citra – a lifeblood hop that has woven itself throughout their beers and is very much a foundation Polly’s is built on. Galaxy – the Australian behemoth holds some of the highest hop oil content and proves time and time again why it remains one of the most sought-after hops in the world. Finally some Azacca –  a US variety that is massively underrated and accentuates the flavour profiles of other hops beautifully when employed with partner varieties. Club Floral is a three way dance of these certified slammers and sings with a medley of huge mango and pineapple notes, complemented by passionfruit, peach and blueberry before spiky citrus notes keep things in check.
