7th Birthday IPA x Spookton - Pollys Brew Co.

Wanting to go with what we both do best, our birthday IPA is a beautiful meld of in-house favourite Idaho 7, alongside the freshly named Krush; both imparting juicy tropical notes with a sticky pine undercurrent. It’s our birthday though, so we couldn’t just leave things at that – a supercharge of DynaBoost in the whirlpool, along with HyperBoost on the cold side, all of the fruit-forward notes in this beer have been amplified up to 11 in an all out rush to the palate with intense mango, pineapple, and pomelo flavours.
