Sagittarius - Bluestone Brewing

Originating from our Imperial Stout, Stardust, this Barrel-Aged Sagittarius is something to really look forward to this Winter.
 
Aged in an Oak Welsh Rum Barrel, provided by our friends at In the Welsh Wind Distillery. An Imperial Stout with a big flavour. Full of deep-roasted malt flavours, chocolate aromas and a velvet mouthfeel. Over time, this beer has picked up subtle notes of Rum from the Oak Barrel and has a sweet, smooth, vanilla flavour – perfect to share with friends this festive season.
