DIPA V.18 - Cloudwater X One Drop

Dipa v18 is the next instalment of the Cloudwater V series. Created in collaboration with One Drop Brewing From Sydney, Australia. Using Clean Fusion, an innovative hop infusion process developed by One Drop. DIPA v18 is the first trial, focusing on the brewing industry's wider efforts to invent new and effective flavour extraction techniques. Utilising a plethora of NZ hops for this like Nelson Subzero Hopkief from Freestyle Hops.
