Carmen Carmen - Carnival Brewing Co.

Here is this year's version of Carmen Carmen – an Imperial India Pale Ale version of Carnivals Mosaic Pale. A wonderfully fragrant, juicy, hazy and delicious pale. Carmen Carmen is an amped up version of the settled recipe. Exactly the same malts, wheat and oats from Paul’s Malt but in more quantity. Using a new strain of crazy Kveik yeast, Mosaic Lupomx hops and dry hopping the hell out of it. The Result is a delightfully hazy DIPA with notes of tropical fruits, especially papaya and mango.
